I'm tired of the weight gain for no reason. After weeks of working out, eating healthy, and continuing to gain nearly a pound a week, I got really, really frustrated. Clearly what I was doing wasn't working. I decided to jump back on the low carb bandwagon because as much as I hate it I know it works for me. So I spent the weekend eating whatever I wanted and today I am back to bacon and eggs for breakfast, salads with protein for lunch, and protein and veggies for dinner. Here goes nothing.
When I started eating cereal again for breakfast, I put on weight. Even "healthy" cereal like plain cheerios! So I'm with low carb too. What do you hate about it? I'm trying to find good "substitutes" for the carby things I love. (But no one can convince me that cauliflower makes a good pizza crust!) I hope this finally turns your weight around - I feel your frustration! You can do this!
ReplyDeleteWha I hate about it is that I'd make an excellent part time vegetarian! I could live on rice and beans. So all the meat is a little nauseating.
